Terms of Online Ordering
These terms apply when you place an online pickup order with HASA Restaurant on this website, which HASA Restaurant runs with Restaurant Studios. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your order
An order is a request until the restaurant accepts it. The restaurant has up to a minute to confirm; if it does not, the order is not placed and you are told so. Once it is accepted you will see a pickup reference and an estimated pickup time. Please check your order before placing it.
Prices, tax and payment
- Prices and tax are shown at checkout before you place your order.
- For orders paid online, your card is authorized for the total you saw. You are charged only if the restaurant accepts, and never more than that total. If the restaurant declines or does not confirm the order, the authorization is released; your bank may take a few days to remove the hold.
- Where the restaurant offers pay at pickup, you pay the restaurant when you collect your order.
Pickup
Please collect your order at the restaurant around the estimated pickup time. The restaurant may hold uncollected orders only for a limited time.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
To change or cancel an order after it is accepted, or to ask about a refund, contact the restaurant directly.
Allergies and special requests
Notes and special instructions are requests to the kitchen. If you have a food allergy, please contact the restaurant before ordering.
Fair use
Please do not misuse this website or place orders you do not intend to collect. Automated checks and request limits protect the service, and orders that appear fraudulent may be refused.
Who does what
HASA Restaurantprepares and sells your food and is responsible for your order. Restaurant Studios provides the website and ordering technology on the restaurant's behalf.
