Delete your account
You can delete your Restaurant Studios account at any time, in the app or by asking us.
In the app
- Open the Restaurant Studios owner app, currently listed as Restaurant Admin, and sign in.
- Open the menu, tap your photo, then Profile, and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. If you sign in with Apple, Apple may ask you to confirm once more so we can disconnect your Apple ID from the app.
You are signed out right away and can’t sign in to that account again.
By email
Email hello@restaurantstudios.comwith the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you sign in with, or tell us that address and your restaurant’s name. We confirm the request comes from you, delete your account and let you know when it’s done.
Sign in with Apple
If you signed in with Apple, we disconnect your Apple ID from the app when we can. If the app says it couldn’t, or you asked us by email, you can do it yourself: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple, choose the app and stop using Sign in with Apple for it.
What is deleted
- your sign-in and your name and email address on your account;
- the connection to your Apple ID, if you signed in with Apple;
- your access to your restaurants in the app;
- the push notification tokens of your devices.
What is kept
Your restaurant’s own records stay with the restaurant: its menus, designs, photos, invoices and payments, and the contact details its team and our staff keep for working together. Invoices, signed agreements and payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax laws require. Server logs and backups are deleted after a limited time. If you also want your name and number removed from your restaurant’s contacts, say so in your email.
Deleting your account does not cancel your restaurant’s services with us. To change or end a service, email hello@restaurantstudios.com.
