Text messages from Restaurant Studios

Restaurant Studios LLC texts restaurant owners and their teams about meetings they set up with us. These terms explain what we send, how you agree to it and how to stop it.

What we send

• a confirmation when a meeting with us is scheduled;
• reminders before the meeting;
• when the meeting starts, a link that shows our screen on your phone. It works for 15 minutes and needs no app or account;
• our contact card, so you can save our number.

We do not send advertising texts.

How you agree

We ask before we text you. Usually on a phone call, you give a member of our team your mobile number and agree to get texts about your meeting. They record your agreement in our app before anything is sent. We never buy phone numbers or text people who have not agreed, and agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us.

How often

It depends on your meetings, usually one to four texts per meeting.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We never charge you for our texts.

Stopping and help

• Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop them. You get one last text confirming it, and none after that.
• Reply START to get them again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@restaurantstudios.com.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We use your number only for these texts and our work with your restaurant. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
